MASTERCLASS & COMPETITION
Led by World Class award-winning bartender Jacob Martin, this masterclass explores the heritage, craftsmanship, and versatility of Italian spirits.
Participants will dive into the story, history, and product portfolios of each participating brand while engaging in a practical discussion on how—and why—to incorporate Italian spirits into modern bar programs.
The session includes a guided tasting of selected products from each producer, offering a hands-on introduction to their unique flavour profiles and potential applications behind the bar.
The Italian Cocktail Revolution presents a dynamic cocktail competition showcasing top local talent and iconic Italian spirits.
Five leading bartenders from participating venues will step up to present eight distinct signature cocktails, each crafted around a featured Italian brand.
Contestants will have six to eight minutes to showcase their creations in front of industry peers, media, influencers, and a panel of four esteemed judges: Jacob Martin, James Grant, Nick Kennedy, and a special guest judge from the bartending community. Evaluating brand knowledge, storytelling, replicability, and visual presentation, the panel will deliberate following the final presentation to crown a winner.
